Morning: 1 toast, 2 tea spoons of butter, half of glass of grapefruit, 1 cup of coffee, water or tea
Noon: 1 toast, half of portion tunny, half of banana, 1 cup of coffee, water or tea
Evening: 1 apple, 85 g hen, 1 bowl boiled pea, 1 glass of grapefruit juice, 1 coupe vanilla-flavored ice-cream, 1 cup of coffee, water or tea
2nd DAY
Morning: 1 toast, 1 boiled egg , half of banana, 1 cup of coffee, water or tea
Noon: 1 dish yogurt, 2 biscuits, 1 cup of coffee, water or tea
Evening: Half of glass of grapefruit juice, half of coupe vanilla-flavored ice-cream, half of banana, 1 item sausage, 1 portion boiled broccoli, 1 cup of coffee, water or tea
3rd DAY
Morning: 1 apple, 1 biscuit, 1 slice without fat cheese, 1 cup of coffee, water or tea
Noon: 1 toast, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of coffee, water or tea
Evening: 1 portion tunny, 1 glass of grapefruit juice, half of coupe vanilla-flavored ice-cream, half of banana, 1 dish cauliflower, 1 slice watermelon (or muskmelon), 1 cup of coffee, water or tea
