Daily Menus
1st DAY
Morning: 1/2 glass of grapefruit juice, tea, coffee (without sugar), 1 toast, 20 g butter.
Noon: 1 portion meat juice, 1 portion sirloin steak, garnish vegetable, 1 apple
Evening: 1 glass of milk, 6 boiled shrimp, 1/2 chicken grill, 1 boiled tomatoes.
2nd DAY
Morning: Tea, without sugar coffee, 1 egg soft boiled, 1 toast, 20 g butter.
Noon: 1 glass of orange juice, 1 portion fish grill, 1 portion mixed salad, 1 cola or soda pup, 1 unmixed coffee.
Evening: 1 glass of milk, 50 g fish egg, 1 portion mixed meat (grill), 1 portion strawberry mixing
3rd DAY
Morning: 1/2 glass of orange juice, 1 unmixed coffee, 1 toast, 50 g soft white cheese.
Noon: 1 portion tomatoes soup, 1 portion vegetable flaked, 1 portion salad mixed, 1 unmixed coffee.
Evening: 1 portion meat juice, 1 portion fish grill, 1 boiled tomatoes.
4th DAY
Morning: Tea-coffee unmixed, 1 folds egg, 10 green olives.
Noon: 1 glass of orange juice, 1 portion döner (kebab tightly packed meat roasted on a large vertical spit) (unmixed), 1 portion yogurt, 1 orange.
Evening: 1 portion sea bass fryer, 1 meal spoon mayonnaise, 4 leaf lettuce, 1 unmixed coffee.
5th DAY
Morning: Tea-coffee unmixed, 1 egg soft boiled, 1 toast, 20 g butter, 50 g cheese
Noon: 1 portion lamb grill, 1 portion spinach puree, 1 portion salad mixed, 1/2 glass of buttermilk
Evening: 1 glass of milk, 1 item stuffed mussels, 50 g soft white cheese, 1 cucumber, 1 portion spit grill
6th DAY
Morning: Coffee-tea unmixed, 1 toast, 20 g butter, 50 g kasar cheese
Noon: 1 glass of orange juice, 10 items dry almond, 1 portion mixed meat grill, garnish vegetable, 1 big slice watermelon
Evening: 2 glass of milk, 50 g fish eggs, 1 portion shrimp cocktail, 1 portion sea bream spit, 1 portion salad mixed, 1 unmixed coffee
7 th DAY
Morning: 1/2 glass of grapefruit juice, 1 unmixed coffee.
Noon: 1 portion meat juice, 1/2 portion chicken grill, 1 middle scale pear.
Evening: 2 egg scrambled eggs, 1 mixed salad, 250 g yogurt
