Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin)
- It is necessary for the usage of protein, DNA synthesis, and production of energy and for the nervous. It helps to transport the oxygen in blood and takes role in the war against cigarette smoke and other poisons.
- There is lots of this vitamin in liver, kidney, rabbit and sheep meat, in turkey, in fatty fishes, in milk, egg white and in cheese. It is very rare in vegetables.
- The deficiency of vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) causes anemia. In addition, loss of appetite, diarrhea, the defection of hair health, skin problems, sensitivity of mouth against cold or hot, stress, scarcity of energy, constipation, sensibility in muscles and mental defects may arise.
