Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol or calcitriol)

  • Vitamin D provides the strengthening of the bones and teeth by organizing the absorption of phosphor and calcium. It prevents rickets. For that reason, it is necessary for the children in growing age. It is good for digestion system, provides good functioning for the intestines. It has benefits for muscles, skin and pancreas.
  • Normally people's bodies whose get necessary sun light produce needed. In addition to this, in newborns, in children that are in growing age and in women who are in nursing period, it should be taken much more from outside with the foods. The main source of vitamin D is fish meat, milk and egg yolk.
  • In case of deficiency of vitamin D, rickets may improve in child and smoothing bones in adults.
