The Beginning of the Pregnancy and the First Months
The 1. Month of Pregnancy
At the end of first month, your baby is an embryo which is smaller than a piece of rice yet. After two weeks past, the neural tubes that will form brain and spinal cords, and buds which will be formed heart, digestion system, sense organs and arms and legs in the future.
WHAT CAN YOU FEEL?
Physical Indicators
- The ceasing of menstruation (although there is light bleeding on the expected day of menstruation or at the moment of fecund ovary is placed in the uterus).
- Tiredness or sleeplessness,
- Frequent urination,
- Nausea with or without vomiting or increase in the saliva ejection,
- Having heartburn, swelling or indigestion,
- Desire or reluctance to the foods,
- Fullness, swelling, sensitivity, tightness in breasts (those indications may resemble to the indications before menstruation)
In addition to them, you may experience emotional changing similar to the menstruation. For example, bad tempered, quick changing in feelings, to be tearful or frequent crying, anxiety, fear or etc.
The 2. Month of Pregnancy
At the end of second month, the embryo turns out more like a child. It is 3 cm from head to hips (one out of three is head) and it weighs 10 grams. Now, it has beating heart and arms and legs with the beginning of feet are distinct. And cartilage tissue started to be formed.
WHAT CAN YOU FEEL?
Physical Indicators
- Tiredness or sleeplessness,
- Frequent urination,
- Having heartburn, swelling or indigestion,
- Desire or reluctance to the foods,
- The sugar and protein level in urinary
- Edema in hands and feet
In addition to them, there are many indicators that you experienced, especially not usual circumstances from emotional sides. You may have topics or questions in your mind you want to discuss.
Avoid standing up or sit for a long time. Put your legs from the upper level of your hips if possible. Put a pillow under your feet when lying. Avoid form lifting heavy things. While purging, avoid from too much straining while defecating. Wear supportive hoses or flexible hoses. Don't smoke and be sure to consume required amount of vitamin C.
